Privacy Policy
Last updated 26 May 2026.
This policy explains what Starlane Publishing ("we", "us") collects when you use Stories in Stories at this website, and what we do with it. We keep the site deliberately simple: there are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking cookies.
What we collect
The only information you give us directly is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and your message. We do not ask for anything else, and we collect no special-category data.
Like almost every website, our host keeps standard server logs (for example IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to identify or profile you.
How we use it
We use what you send through the contact form for one purpose: to read and reply to your message. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (PostHog) to understand roughly how the site is used, and a content-delivery network (Cloudflare) to serve it quickly and securely. Neither sets advertising cookies or builds an identity profile of you, and the site sets no marketing or tracking cookies of its own.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send a request through our contact form and we will take care of it.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
